Hi! I'm Rakesh and my expertise is on Instructional, Graphics and Creative Designs. I create and implement effective, engaging, and interactive learning experiences, leveraging my strong design skills to experiment with digital learning. I believe deeply in the importance of human connection within the learning process.

In my current role with Include Consulting Pte Ltd, I have emphasized the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by using evidence-based approaches to design digital learning content that offers practical and effective solutions for clients aiming to foster inclusive and diverse workplaces.

​I have an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) (WSG) and am a certified trainer and facilitator in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development.
